Payal is a writer and editor for ElevateDifference.com, formerly known as FeministReview.org. Artistic by nature, she has a passion for knowledge and a deep love of learning. She holds a First Class BA (Hons) degree in English, an MA in Creative and Professional Writing and is a recent MA graduate of UCL, obtaining a degree in Gender, Society and Representation. A freelance writer and copyeditor, an avid reader and a lover of the martial arts, Payal also works in the library service. Born and bred in the UK, London, she loves daydreaming, playing chess, and scaring herself with horror films, but most importantly cannot live without kung fu, yoga and writing in her journal.
